1.0 - PRE-CALAMITY

Hani is a Steppe born Aura who ended up being raised in a Garlean-run orphanage, where they were trained to be a soldier and fight against Eorzea.When Dalamud fell and the Meteor Project failed, they got separated from her unit and instructor. They managed to survive on their own in the wild for a couple of months—until they were found by a Roegadyn man who looked a lot like the man who had raised them as a soldier.

2.0 - A REALM REBORN

Since the only thing they really knew was how to fight with their claws, they temporarily parted ways with their adoptive father to join the Pugilist’s Guild, seeking to get find a new purpose for their lethal skills.Later on, the two of them were reunited when the Scions of the Seventh Dawn ended up recruiting them both to join their cause.

3.0 - HEAVENSWARD

The betrayal of the Bloody Banquet left an incredibly sour taste in their mouth and led them to seek refuge in Ishgard, where they was welcomed by the Fortemps whom Hani already knew thanks to Haurchefant Greystone.

4.0 - STORMBLOOD

They didn’t care much about Lyse’s struggle or the Scions’ plans. The only reason they joined the fight to take back Doma and Ala Mhigo was personal: finding the brother of their adoptive father, who turned out to be their instructor back at the orphanage.

5.0 - SHADOWBRINGER

She didn’t come to the First out of duty, or to be a hero. The Flood, the Sin Eaters, the dying world—none of it really stirred anything in her. What did however was the strange pull she felt the moment she arrived, like something long buried was waking up. And meeting Ardbert again brought it all into focus.

Finding out that she and ardbert were the split shards of a same soul changed her—both mentally and physically, as her scales, eyes and hair adopted a now golden hue. She used to follow Hydaelyn's plans without question back then, but learning that their past self was betrayed by Venat, who sealed them away and twisted their fate, turned her feelings to anger.
She puts an end to the ancients' plight and helps close that part of the story, more for her own sake than the star's.

Now living with her father in Sharlayan, she took up blacksmithing to leave fighting behind. Wuk Lamat showing up and recruiting both of them for the Rite of Succession gave them a chance to travel and see the world. Though she didn’t expect to get caught up in more battles and conflicts, it awaited them again.
